This beer is named after the German words "hefe" meaning yeast and "weizen" meaning wheat, it is traditionally a unfiltered wheat beer with yeast. Being apart of the wheat family you can expect very distinct notes of crispy fruit, the haskap berries add an even sweeter twist.
